    Social Impact and Inclusion

    Our commitment to our communities starts with our 2,000+ passionate and purpose-driven Mimecasters.

    Mimecast provides ongoing volunteer engagements throughout the year, matches employee charitable contributions, and provides employees with five paid days off each year to volunteer with any non-profit organization that they feel passionate about. From in-office engagement to virtual volunteering, Mimecast provides employees with meaningful opportunities in all our office locations, giving every employee the chance to connect with their communities.

    Further, at Mimecast, Inclusion and Belonging is not just a program - it’s who we are and what we do. Inclusion and Belonging is intrinsic in our culture, the way we engage with customers, and operate our business. To secure human risk we must first understand and respect human differences.     Governance

    Mimecast’s governance structure ensures strong oversight and accountability for ESG matters through a unified framework led by our Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and ESG Council.  Chaired by the General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer and including members from relevant functions, the ESG Council drives ESG strategy, reviews policies, and reports progress to the Board.
