How do I access Mimecast University?

Go directly to https://mucustomer.mimecast.com/learn to log directly into Mimecast University. You can also visit this Help Article for detailed instructions.

How do I get access to my password?

You should use the same password that you would use to log into Mimecaster Central. This is usually your Mimecast Cloud or Active Directory password.

How often does Mimecast University release new courses?

Our course releases and updates are timed with the business meaning we update our content as the business changes. We announce new and updated course offerings and opportunities via the Community and the Mimecast online events page, to name a few.

Will Instructor Led Trainings be added back onto the learning schedule?

We anticipate bringing them back but there is no timeline. For now, we encourage our learners seeking live instruction to join the Maximizing Mimecast monthly learning events and propose topics if you have a specific interest. If you have a customer training need, please email mimecastu@mimecast.com to discuss.

Is there a limit to the number of users that can register per account?

There is no limit on the number of Mimecast Education users an account can have.

How do we deactivate old users?
