    Corporate Social Responsibility – Our Commitment to Our Communities

    Our commitment to our communities starts with our 2,000+ passionate and purpose-driven Mimecasters. Mimecast provides ongoing volunteer engagements throughout the year, matches employee charitable contributions, and provides employees with five paid days off each year to volunteer with any organization that they feel passionate about. From in-office engagement to virtual volunteering, Mimecast provides employees with meaningful opportunities in all our office locations, giving every employee the chance to connect with their communities.

    To fulfil our mission, the Mimecast Foundation partners with and invests in nonprofit organizations around the world, leveraging our strategic partnership with the Boston Foundation. From underserved youth in the townships of South Africa to young urban adults entering the technology industry in Boston, we strive to instill resilience in all the communities where Mimecasters live and work.

    Mseki Primary School &
    The Tomorrow Trust

    Through our signature partnership with the Tomorrow Trust, Mimecast provides financial, material, and volunteer support to students in the surrounding neighborhoods of Cape Town.

    Recently, a group of Mimecasters spent time with the children of Mseki Primary School, refurbishing the grounds and creating lasting relationships with the community.
