Resilience Together
At Mimecast, building resilient communities is core to who we are, and giving back is at the heart of the Mimecast Way. Our employees deliver cyber resilience every day to the organizations that we are privileged to call customers. As part of our commitment to global resilience, we've built our Resilience Together program to bring meaningful and sustained support to the global communities where we live and work.
The Mimecast Way is built on a foundation of resilience. Never before has our resilience been tested as it is right now. To support our employees, our customers, and our communities, we've launched global programming to give back to the individuals and organizations that need it most. We've committed global funds and virtual volunteer resources to our signature nonprofit partners and the brave men and women fighting on the front lines of the COVID-19 public health crisis.
We know that community starts with our people. That’s why we've invested heavily in resources that allow our employees to thrive during uncertain times. We launched the Mimecaster Resilience Fund to direct critical funds to those in the Mimecast family who are facing crisis. And we've created virtual wellness and work-from-home resources to help our employees and their families thrive while remote. Every step of the way, we're committed to resilience together.

We’ve installed solar arrays at multiple office locations, use 100% renewable energy to power many of our data centers and offices, and eliminated all single-use paper and plastic in our office kitchens. We’ve also created incentives for green commuting such as efficient vehicle charging stations and parking.
We recognize that we can’t solve our planet’s problems alone, but we can and will do our part while setting an example for others.
To support our employees and enable them to thrive, we provide extensive health and wellness offerings, open participation in all employee resource groups (ERGs), extensive professional development opportunities, and a truly inclusive work environment.
By investing in one another, we can bring a resilient spirit together and truly live the Mimecast Way every day. If you’d like to become a Mimecaster, be sure to check out our careers page
