Brandon Reid serves as Americas Field Chief Technology Officer at Mimecast, where he is a leader in AI strategy for go-to-market initiatives and serves as the technical voice for the company's Human Risk Management Platform in customer engagements. As a founding member of Mimecast's Responsible AI Council, Brandon represents go-to-market initiatives within the council and has been instrumental in creating Mimecast's external-facing messaging for AI. With over 15 years in cybersecurity spanning email security, identity, threat intelligence, and cloud security, Brandon translates complex technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to security practitioners. He is passionate about helping Mimecast customers understand the tangible value that AI-driven security solutions can bring to their organizations, and regularly represents the company at industry events including Black Hat and RSA Conference. Brandon holds deep expertise in AI/ML governance, data privacy, and the integration of human risk management into enterprise security architectures.
