They are constantly under attack, as adversaries target them with social engineering threats designed to trick them into making mistakes. And as a result of their critical role in our organizations, they have access to highly valuable data like financial data, source code, and intellectual property. 

    Human risk management (HRM) revolves around understanding and mitigating behaviors that might lead to adverse business outcomes as a result of data breaches or compliance failures. 

    But traditional methods of protection against risky behavior rely on one-size-fits all training, periodic assessments, and simulated evaluations, which can’t fully address the dynamic and unpredictable nature of human behavior in modern workplaces. 

    AI offers a more precise and adaptive approach, able to predict behavioral patterns, assess risks in real time, and implement targeted interventions. This means moving from reactive strategies to proactive and truly human-centered risk management.

Just as marketing automation tools personalize outreach based on user behavior, AI in risk management can personalize interventions to align with an individual’s current role and responsibilities, as well as their individual risk score and security awareness training level.
