Susan joined Mimecast in 2024 through the acquisition of Aware, bringing with her deep expertise at the intersection of human risk, communication data, and AI product strategy. She is a named inventor on a provisional patent for longitudinal density-based clustering technology and is a champion for AI tooling that makes compliance teams faster, more confident, and better equipped to protect their organizations.
