The State of Email Security 2018 Report
The latest threats, confidence killers and bad behaviors—and a cyber resilience strategy to fix them
London, UK – Mimecast®, the leading supplier of cloud-based email archiving, continuity and security for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, yesterday took home the Messaging Product of the Year award at the Network Computing Awards 2012.
The Network Computing Awards recognise the hardware, software and services – and of course the companies behind them – which have most impressed readers of the UK’s longest established computer networking publication. The strongest nominations in each category are shortlisted with the winners ultimately decided by an online vote.
Alan Kenny, General Manager UK & Ireland, Mimecast, commented, “We are delighted to have been named Messaging Product of the Year by the Network Computing readers. We faced some stiff competition in this category and the fact that the winners are chosen by a public vote makes our victory all the more pleasing. 2012 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for Mimecast and we look forward to building on this success in the coming months.”
The award adds to Mimecast’s growing trophy collection with the company recently ranked 16th in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2011, seventh in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, named 2011 Security Vendor of the Year at the CRN Channel Awards, shortlisted for three KnowList Awards with Eliza Hedegaard winning Account Manager of the Year. The company was also nominated in the Digital Innovator category at the Growing Business Awards and for Supplier of the Year at the British Legal Awards as well as being given an MSExchange Gold Award for Unified Email Management.
