The certification indicates that Mimecast’s Unified Email Management (UEM) solution meets the privacy protection mandates defined by the directive. Mimecast’s certification provides added support for the company’s international business through the complex ecosystem between the U.S.’s permissive discovery regime and the E.U.’s comprehensive privacy laws.
