Tech Awards Circle and Best in Biz Awards Name Mimecast as a Top Service Option
WALTHAM, Mass. - Mimecast®, the leading supplier of cloud-based email archiving, continuity and security for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, announces that it has achieved recognition from both Tech Awards Circle and the Best in Biz awards for its Unified Email Management (UEM) offering and exemplary customer service, respectively. Mimecast’s UEM reduces the cost, complexity and risk of managing email systems, and facilitates pain-free migration from older versions of Exchange.
Tech Awards Circle is focused on the business IT market and segments its awards based upon target markets, looking for the “best-of-the-best” within each category. Mimecast’s UEM received gold recognition in the Midrange Service category due to its ability to keep email running in the event of server downtime , and impressive list of additional value-added services.
Mimecast’s customer service was the focus of the Best in Biz award, which netted bronze-level recognition in a hotly contested category. Organizers recognized Mimecast based upon the Company’s long-standing commitment to give prompt, useful feedback to address user problems. Of particular note was Mimecast’s multi-platform approach to customer service, which includes its Twitter feed, along with the Mimecast Community microsite. Each is monitored closely by Mimecast’s Service Delivery staff, and user questions are answered within hours after they are posted.
