Dear Mimecast Customer,

We shared with you via email a few weeks back some of the exciting new features and the redesigned navigation coming to the Mimecast Administration Console.

We thought you might like to see more. So we've added details of additional features that will make managing your Mimecast services even easier.

Some of the additional new features coming include:

  • Menu search – identify and access the menu section you need more easily.
  • History – we'll keep track of what you were working on and let you go back to it with a single click.
  • Clickable dashboard – quickly drill deeper into charts and numbers for greater understanding.
  • Dashboard menu – switch easily between dashboards for different services.

As always, we'll continue to keep you updated as we approach the planned introduction of the new Console in calendar Q2 2016.

Some of the great new features coming include:

  • Ability to mark items as favorites so you can get to them fast.
  • Search within the console for quicker navigation.
  • Built-in search for Mimecaster Central and Knowledge Base content.

We will keep you updated with more details, including a video tour, on these features and others over the coming weeks leading up to the planned introduction from calendar Q2 2016.

An enhanced Mimecast administration experience is coming

As a valued Mimecast customer, I am delighted to let you know about some exciting improvements we are making to the Mimecast Administration Console that will help make managing email even easier.

Our mission is to make email safer for business, and as intuitive and simple to manage as possible. The Mimecast Administration Console centralizes email administration across security, archiving and continuity.

What's changing?

We are updating the main navigation and user experience as a first step of a comprehensive update project that will help Administrators more efficiently setup services and provide ongoing management.

When are the changes happening?

We are planning to introduce these changes from calendar Q2 2016.

At this stage there is no action for you to take. Please look out for further communications shortly for a sneak peek of the new interface and some great new features.
