Cloud Services - A Fast Growing Opportunity

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is becoming a mainstream and desirable choice for IT people who see it as an opportunity to focus on the strategic needs of their business users by utilizing the low-cost, low-maintenance, low-resource profile of externally delivered SaaS applications.

The Radicati Group states in 2007 there were 398 million in-house provided mail boxes - further reinforcing that email is still the most widely used business application.
