Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Mimecast may cancel or reschedule a class at its discretion, and if it does, will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least one week in advance. Mimecast will offer the ability to move to another class on another date, or issue a refund against the initial invoice.
Please note that the following cancellation policy applies to customers registering for training, either via the web or any other route:

* Mimecast will always try to ensure that the cost for travel expenses is kept to an absolute minimum, i.e. booking flights in advance, hotels on cheaper pre-pay rates etc. Mimecast will only invoice costs that are incurred in cancelling/altering any bookings already made (i.e. by airlines or hotels).
