Training Courses

Mimecast offers a range of training courses to help customers and partners get the most from the Mimecast Unified Email Management platform.

These one day instructor led courses provide an essential grounding for all aspects of Mimecast, allowing administrative users to gain a clear understanding of the tools and functionality at their disposal.

Cost
Mimecast training courses are offered in line with Mimecast products:

UEM Fundamentals  for all Mimecast products
UEM Advanced  for customers with the UEM Advanced product
UEM Combined  for customers with the UEM Advanced product ; this gives you the UEM Fundamentals and UEM Advanced courses at a discount
UEM Enhanced Stationery for all Mimecast products

Customers attending the UEM Advanced Course must have either already attended the UEM Fundamentals course, or previously attended Mimecast Administrator training.

Valid purchase order numbers are required for all bookings.  If you purchased Mimecast via a Partner, please raise the PO against the Partner, as you will receive your invoice from them.

Location
Mimecast offers training at various locations globally.  Please check the training schedule to see where your course will be held.  Once you have registered for a course, you will be sent a confirmation email, along with address details and a map for the course location.
