Mimecast offers a 24x7 helpdesk. We provide trained email-savvy engineers which you can talk to via email or telephone.
Most of the time you will not need our help as your Mimecast system is designed for self-service. Day or night you can configure Mimecast as you would any other system on your own network, it's all under your control.
But there are times that you may want or need our help and we are always available to answer your questions.
During your Mimecast implementation
Because Mimecast is offered as an online service the basic implementation is surprisingly easy. The initial process should be no more than a few hours work and you can be up and running with Mimecast in under a day.
One of our Solution Partners and/or a dedicated Mimecast Connect Engineer will work with you to ensure that your Mimecast service is correctly provisioned and that your systems are connected optimally.
You may need advice and support to configure your inhouse systems too and Mimecast and our partners help here as well. Once you are installed we provide online training to ensure you have the knowledge to fully manage Mimecast. Your complete satisfaction is our primary consideration.
Supporting you after implementation
Once you are up and running your need to talk to us will reduce, but we are always here working quietly in the background ensuring that your services operate optimally.
If something goes wrong, you will want to talk to an expert, quickly. Email is critical to your business and we are here for you. Whether you have an outage on a local email server and you need to help getting your users back-up and running, you have a legal requirement to access archived data, or you simply have a configuration or policy change to make and need some advice, we are here to help you.
