I will be speaking at the IT Security for Law Firms event held at the Thistle Westminster on 17 June 2008.
The presentation will look at the context of email as Electronically Submitted Evidence (ESI); where email evidence is used and the issues with the retention and discovery of email evidence is traditional email infrastructures.
