Mary Kay Roberto has been involved in building start-up software companies for 17 years.  Most recently, she has held several positions in archiving and electronic discovery.  For five years, she served as General Manager of KVS, Inc., building the North American presence for the UK based company from US inception through a successful acquisition by Veritas/Symantec.  Following KVS, Mary Kay was Vice President of Sales at MetaLINCS, Inc. where she established and built the initial customer base.  Prior to KVS, she held various senior sales management positions opening and growing new territories in the startup environment.

Eric Odell brings more than 20 years experience developing marketing strategies to grow start-up companies. Eric focuses on building awareness of the Mimecast brand in the email management space and working alongside the sales team to drive revenue growth.  Previously he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Teamstudio and Vice President of Marketing at Spiritsoft, two Boston-area companies, which experienced significant revenue and customer growth under his direction.  Eric possesses a graduate-level degree with a Master of Arts in Communication.
