In a recent survey, commissioned by Mimecast, we found that:
- 35% of organisations had suffered a BlackBerry Enterprise Server outage in the previous 12 months
- 21% said the inability to access mobile services had damaged their organization’s reputation
- 58% of respondents had received complaints from senior executives about BlackBerry email downtime
- 23% of organizations have no BlackBerry email continuity solution in place at all
