Mid Enterprise Sales Professional

Job Purpose

The ideal person will be responsible for generating new business through channel partners and end user clients, developing strategies and building strong relationships.

The sales opportunities for our solutions are endless and our sales executives are incentivized with a highly lucrative uncapped commission structure.

The candidate must have solid channel and/or direct sales experience as well as solution based sales and consulting experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual new business targets
  • Work with the Partner Development team to develop and execute against an account plan - involve sales and technical training, marketing & business planning to ensure your partner accounts are fully equipped to sell our client’s solutions
  • Develop and execute against sales activity plan in order to achieve the agreed targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects
  • Business Administration –manage the reporting of the KPI’s* and general Net Suite (CRM) housekeeping
  • Sign up to and execute against our clients end to end sales methodology and process (Gold STD’s)
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

KPI’s will include:

  • Weekly end user activities
  • Partner visits
  • Number of net new suspects / opportunities added to the pipeline
  • Lead Management (responsiveness and success ratios)
  • Pipeline stats – pipeline movements     

Experience Required

  • Degree level education (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 3-5 years IT sales experience (ideally within Email/Messaging but not essential)
  • Proven achievement against target
  • Ideally with experience of both Direct & In-Direct sales roles.
