JavaScript Web Developer
Job Purpose
We need someone with a keen eye for great implementation, superb UI and UX skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced organisation. The focus will be on creating and maintaining a highly scalable web application with weekly updates to live.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Development of the front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, jQuery and GWT. Using APIs provided by engineers in order to render the user interface of the site.
Skills Required:
- JavaScript
- Java
- Jquery
- html & css
- Knowledge of web frameworks (like struts, wicket) and REST frameworks will be useful - like resteasy
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks including JUnits would be an advantage
- Database knowledge would be an advantage
